Our first London Property Exhibition took place last Friday and we were delighted with the levels of interest generated. Lots of potential Buy to Let Investors were keen to look at the expected yields they could achieve from buying and renting homes in the Chelmsford area and several homebuyers made enquiries about the average price of homes in the Chelmsford area.
Steve Wiggins, Director commented "Whilst we did not generate any enquiries for specific homes we are currently marketing, I am delighted with the general response generated from the event. I am sure that several of the enquiries we received will certainly be adding Chelmsford to their list of potential locations and will be making visits to the area in the not too distant future".
