Steve Wiggins, DirectorSteve was brought up in Clacton on Sea and started his career in 1985 for a highly respected independent firm of estate agents. In 1990 he joined Black Horse Agencies and worked in Colchester before moving to Taylor & Co’s Chelmsford office where he met and worked with Graham for a number of years. He then went on to run multi branch operations for some of the UK’s leading estate agencies in Essex, Kent, Suffolk and Norfolk. In 2009 he teamed up with Graham once again to set up Bond Residential. He is passionate about property and extremely focused on providing customers with all the support, advice and guidance they need when moving home. He now lives in Lexden, Colchester with his wife Alison and their two children. In his spare time he enjoys going to the gym, fishing, golf and cycling and relaxes at home with the family and looking after his koi carp.

Graham Hughes, DirectorGraham was brought up in Chelmsford and after moving to Brentwood for a brief period moved back to Chelmsford in the 1990’s. He started working with Steve at Taylor & Co in Chelmsford in 1993 and went on to successfully manage the Billericay office and subsequently become Area Manager for Taylor & Co’s Essex Offices. He co-founded Bond Residential in 2009 with Steve and firmly believes customers deserve a more personal and caring approach to selling their home than the majority of estate agents are able to offer. He now lives in Great Baddow with Helen and their three children. In his spare time he enjoys football and golf and now enjoys watching his son Joseph play for a local football team in Great Baddow.

Lee Mann, DirectorLee joined Bond Residential in May 2010 and brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the team. He started his career in 1998 at a well respected family run estate agency in Witham and then joined Steve and Graham at Taylor & Co in Chelmsford a year later. After a number of years he went on to successfully manage the Billericay office. Lee believes that good communication and honesty are key elements in providing clients with a smooth transaction. Lee now lives in Broomfield in a cottage which he and his wife Hannah have renovated. A recent addition to the family was Matilda a dalmation puppy and when not taking her for walks Lee also enjoys playing football and golf and watching cricket.

Chris Carline, Senior Sales ConsultantChris is the newest member of the team joining us in 2013 and is key to our long term plans to grow and develop Bond Residential in the future. Starting his Estate Agency Career in 2005 when he was recruited by Graham to work at Taylor & Co's Shenfield office. His career has since gone from strength to strength and he has won many high achievement awards and was also one of a select number of applicants chosen for a Management Development Programme. Chris was brought up in Brentwood and moved to Chelmsford 4 years ago. In 2012 he got married to Elaine and they now live in Great Baddow. In his spare time he enjoys Carp Fishing and says his personal UK best is a 39lb12oz Common Carp, he is also a keen football supporter.

Sara Woolnough, Sales ConsultantSara has lived in Chelmsford for almost 14 years and is a keen supporter of Chelmsford City football club and regularly does voluntary work for the club. She joined the team in November 2010, having worked for a highly successful local Property Management and Lettings Company. Sara is keen to expand her skills and knowledge in all aspects of Residential Property and is currently studying for NFOPP Technical Award for the sale of Residential Property. The award is recognized by The National Association of Estate Agents and will take Sara 12 months and approximately 150 hours of study time to complete the course. She then hopes to go on and achieve The NFOPP DIPLOMA in Residential Estate Agency (DipREA)and ultimately manage her own branch for Bond Residential.

Helen Hughes, Company SecretaryHelen was brought up in Brentwood and moved back to Chelmsford in the 1990’s. She started her Estate Agency career in 1994 in Romford and transferred to Chelmsford in 2000. She met Graham at school and finally got married in 1999 at Felsted Church. Helen now spends the majority of her time looking after their three children Joseph, Leah and Isla. She helped found the company with Steve and Graham and now works on a part time basis dealing with administrative duties. In the little spare time she has Helen enjoys reading and cooking.
