Terms and Conditions for Prize Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Bond Residential Limited (Company No. 07075009) and Bond Residential Danbury Limited (Company No. 11606481) whose registered office is Swift House, Ground Floor, 18 Hoffmans Way, Chelmsford, CM1 1GU (together referred to as “the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The prize draw opens at 12:00am on 16th March 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. The following individuals are not eligible to enter:

• Employees of the Promoter.
• Immediate family members of employees.
• Anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

4. Qualifying Entry

To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the following steps:

• Instruct the Promoter to sell a property located within postcode areas CM1, CM2, or CM3 during the promotion period.
• Instruct the Promoter on a sole agency basis for a minimum period of 12 weeks.
• Sign the agency agreement before the promotion closing date.
• Allow a “For Sale” board to be displayed at the property where permitted.
• Complete and submit the promotion entry form at the time of instruction.

Each qualifying property instruction counts as one entry. Where an entrant owns more than one property, a separate entry will be permitted for each qualifying property instruction.

5. The Prize

The prize consists of the Promoter waiving its sales commission (estate agency fees) for the sale of one winning property selected from eligible entries. The prize applies only to one property instruction drawn at random from all valid entries.

The prize does not include:

• Property marketing or advertising costs.
• Legal or conveyancing fees.
• Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) costs.
• Any other third-party costs associated with the sale of a property.

No cash alternative or substitute prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Friday 3 July 2026 using a random computer-generated selection process or supervised by an independent person.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by telephone, email, or in writing within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Prize Conditions

The prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2026. If the winning entrant withdraws their property from the market before completion of sale, the prize will be deemed forfeited and no alternative prize will be offered.

9. Publicity

The Promoter may publish the surname and county of the winner on the Promoter’s website and marketing channels. Entrants agree that the winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional publicity, including the use of their name and photograph. Entrants may request details of the winner by contacting the Promoter within 30 days of the draw date.

10. Data Protection

Any personal data provided when entering this promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy. Personal information will only be used for the administration of this promotion and related marketing where consent has been provided.

11. Invalid Entries

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

• Does not comply with these terms and conditions.
• Is incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent.
• Is believed to be part of an attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the promotion.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or administrative issues. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

13. Changes to the Promotion

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
