As part of the fayre we organised a guess the house price competition to raise additional funds for Rainbows. 45 people entered the competition to win £100 Amazon gift voucher with other prizes kindly donated by local businesses – Olio Restaurant, Empire Hair Salon and Man about Town, Gentlemans Barbers all located in New London Road, Chelmsford.
The correct prices of the 4 houses on display were:
House A – £330,000
House B – £425,000
House C – £234,000
House D – £207,000
Total – £1,196,000
