We are delighted to announce the winners of our “Guess the House Price” competition held at Little Waltham Summer Fete on Saturday 20th June 2016 were as follows:
1st Prize – Felicity Ramsey of Ongar who guessed £1,240,000 – Felicity wins being incredibly just £5,005 out from the correct total!!
2nd Prize – Sarah Barnes of Maldon who guessed £1,224,000
3rd Prize – Becky Gillett of Springfield who guessed £1,254,000
