We have an exciting opportunity for a “Sales Assistant” to join and support our team at the Danbury office.
The successful candidate will ideally have Estate Agency experience and be comfortable building relationships with customers and operating in a sales environment. You will need to possess a Full and Valid Driving license and have access to you own car which must be insured for business purposes.
WORKING HOURS
The position initially involves working on Tuesdays and Saturdays although additional days may be required from time to time so flexibility is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be required to undertake accompanied viewings which includes ensuring the property is suitable for viewing, accompanying buyers in every room in line with Company guidelines and promoting the benefits of the property and then providing feedback to sales team.
- Secure quality viewings, valuations, financial services appointments, conveyancing quotes and instructions.
- Undertake general admin tasks as required by the branch.
- Promote and enhance company image.
- Ensure properties are secure upon departure.
