A heartfelt congratulations to Mr Adrian Batsford from The Moretons, Galleywood, who has been selected as our lucky winner. Mr Batsford will now enjoy the fantastic perk of having his estate agency sales commission fully covered by us.
Mr Batsford recently visited our Chelmsford branch to receive his prize, where he was warmly congratulated by our enthusiastic sales team members – Jamie, Byron, and Matthew. This competition was our way of giving back to the wonderful local community that has supported our local family business for over 16 years.
The competition was open to homeowners in CM1, CM2, and CM3 who instructed Bond Residential to sell their home before 30th June 2026. The winner was randomly selected on 3rd July 2026, and we are thrilled that Mr Batsford is now reaping the benefits of his win.
