We have an exciting opportunity for a “Weekend Assistant” to join and support our Sales team. The role involves undertaking viewings, meeting and discussing details with prospective buyers and undertaking associated administration.

You must hold a full driving license and have access to your own car and be insured for business purposes. 

The successful candidate should be comfortable building relationships with customers and operating in a sales environment and be willing and able to commit to working at weekends. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities of The Role are:

• Undertake accompanied viewings which includes ensuring the property is suitable for viewing, accompanying buyers in every room in line with Company guidelines and promoting the benefits of the property and then providing feedback to sales team 
• Secure quality viewings, valuations, financial services appointments, conveyancing quotes and instructions
• Undertake general admin tasks as required by the branch
• Promote and enhance company image
• Ensure properties are secure upon departure

Successful applicants will be paid on an hourly rate of £10.00 and will also have bonus incentives and commission opportunities. You will also receive a mileage allowance for all miles travelled whilst on company business.
