Why pay for an unfinished job?

Why pay for an unfinished job?

At Bond, we believe that you should not pay us until we have successfully sold your home and our work is completed.

If you’ve ever had home improvements/maintenance undertaken on your home, you know that when you call a company to do the job, they offer you a quote, take the work on, finish the job, and finally, bill you. You wouldn’t put up with a contractor asking you for payment before they have even started the work, so why would you agree to pay an estate agent before they have even produced any marketing material or listed the property online?

In fact, in nearly all industries, you don’t pay until the work is completed, except for the estate agency industry- why is this?

At Bond, unlike other agents who may charge their fees upfront, we operate on a no sale, no fee policy which means we don’t charge you until we’ve sold or let your property. Because of this, we stay motivated all the way through the process to sell/let your property to the right people for the best price possible and will continue to offer great service, working hard to deliver the best results for you.

There are so many online estate agents out there who seem to offer a service that is too good to be true, and this is because they usually are! By asking for fees up front, they lose all motivation to sell/let your home and you usually find the actual amount of houses sold through them is a staggeringly small percentage.

Stop giving away your money for a job half done…
