Introduction Fees

We are often asked by our customers for advice on which companies they should use to assist them in the process of buying, selling, letting and moving home.

As the Directors and staff have worked in the local area for many years, we have developed many professional relationships with companies within the industry which can help clients in the home moving process.

We are therefore able to provide clients with a panel of specialist local companies based on previous experience and customer feedback. These introductions are always made in good faith that the companies involved will assist clients with making the process as smooth as possible.

Our customers are not obliged to use any recommendations we make, but where you do accept recommended services, we may receive commission, payment or other rewards for introducing their services to you.

We believe you should know how much we or a member of our staff stands to receive each time we make an introduction and whether these companies are connected to us.

This way, you can make an informed decision whether to use them or use a company of your own choice.
